The Institute for Legislative Analysis (ILA) is proud to announce that CEO Ryan McGowan has once again been recognized by Washingtonian magazine as one of “Washington DC’s 500 Most Influential People of 2026.”

The recognition reflects McGowan’s continued leadership in advancing transparency and accountability through cutting-edge legislative technology and civic engagement initiatives.
